Bamboo strainer
This bamboo strainer is typically used to wash vegetables or rinse noodles such as udon or soba. It can also be used on the tabletop as serveware, or as a vessel to display ingredients.
Saunders says:
"Initially I wanted one of these because they looked cool. I got one and it not only looks cool but is also bloody useful. I mainly use it for draining but it also comes in handy when I salt mackerel or other fish before smoking them. We have recently discovered that it looks rather fantastic to display cabbage for tonkatsu."
Made from bamboo.
