As many have said, I have 3 of these cameras to verify the issue. The wifi modules in these cameras are terrible. 10 feet, the wifi has issues. Other than that, for a 1080 camera it's fine.

Solar charger seems to be keeping up even with a month of rain we've had in November. nice to be able to rotate camera . Gives me almost 270 degree field of vision.
