"Customers should know that the trampoline does not come with the ladder. If you're in Canada it takes a lot of emails back and forth to get the ladder because the QR code does not work in Canada."

"Very easy to set up. The only Down side for me is that the delivery driver just left if in the middle of our driveway while we were out for the day. It Could have been bad and someone backed up into our drive way and took it."
