    Good company communication

    Bought this for our daughter for Christmas. and set up cleaned per instructions. Stopped working in April after cleaning. Contacted the company and they immediately responded. They followed up to make sure new machine arrived and was satisfactory.

    Ice maker.

    It does great for what it's intended to do. just know this is to supplement ice or to have your favorite ice, but it won't keep up with the needs of everyone.
