    Better skin and better sleep

    It makes my skin look amazing. If I have trouble falling asleep, I just turn this on and I fall asleep immediately and wake up with beautiful skin. It has a timer so it is safe for me to do that.

    Great adjustable and versatile red light

    We've only used it for a few days so can't say the benefits of it yet. We can definitely feel like our blood circulation improves after each session of using it. Our skin looks a bit pinkish It might be all in our mind or placebo but multiple people who tried it out kinda feel the same way as we did. The light is bright, not much heat is generated which is good, the included stand is really great and easy to adjust to whatever position we prefer. We also tried it on our sore muscles
