    This one is a great backup for flexibility and travel. My laser cap is very stiff as well as requiring a separate power bank with a USB cord to use. This hat insert has 56 strong LEDs. The insert is pretty thin, and can be put into different hats. In a baseball cap,

    Very impressive red light therapy cap!

    I bought this Red Light Therapy cap about a week ago My purpose was not so much to increase hair growth but to just get the benefit of red light therapy on my scalp, hopefully some of it in my brain. From a technical point of view it is terrific, with five control buttons in addition to ON/Off to choose various settings running time, energy level, and frequency. So far I am very pleased with it and use it every day for 15 20 minutes,

    Easy to use, must be plugged in

    It looks super silly on, but who cares when your at home doing health things like red light. It has Velcro on the back to tighten. This does need to be plugged in to use, which is the only downside I see so far. I have not had this long to speak to if it helps with hair growth, but studies say red light does in general help with hair growth.

    Works wonders!

    I bought this for my grandma because she has very thin hair She wears it once a day for 30 minutes and her hair has gotten noticeably thicker in less than a month! and I am very impressed. Red light therapy definitely works and this has proven it to me!
