    AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Relief from several conditions. Sore muscles? Joint pain? Use the mat. Swollen legs? Over time it really helps. if I'm not careful I'll fall asleep because its so relaxing.

    great for large area coverage

    I've had good results with red light therapy for muscle pain This pad is somewhat expensive but is a really good option if you have large areas to treat. that you also do not want to look at the lights while it is on. and and or also a pulse mode which I think helps to keep the area from getting too warm.
