Oyster shucking knife - Plastic handle

A very traditionally shaped pair of oyster knives with a plastic handles, making them great for professionals. They come in two different flavours to suit your preference, I find the shorter stubbier one better for rock oysters and the longer one better for natives.

Shorter one is 15cm in full length, with a 55 x 28mm blade 

Longer one is 15.5cm in full length with a 60 x 11mm blade
